Project Eighty Four: A Little Tea Cozy for Tee
Recently we went to visit my sister and brother-in-law in their idyllic little cottage in an Oxfordshire village, which was lovely. In the morning, while making breakfast for everyone, I noticed that they didn’t have a tea cozy for their tea pots, so when I got home I decided I would make them one.
All their teapots are tiny little things, so I made a much smaller tea cozy than I usually make, and it turned out rather sweet. It’s a really easy tea cozy to make, I just quilted two layers of fabric together, with batting in the middle, and then used bias binding to attach the two layers together (eliminating the faff of making the outside, then making the lining and trying to attach it all in that way).
For ME?!? :O)
I know, Tee is also your sister. I don’t drink tea anyway.
If you drank Tea I would have made you one too!
